Returns & Cancellation Policy
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We are certain that you will be pleased with your Mandala Reflections purchase! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange or refund your merchandise within 14 days of the invoice date. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for a return/exchange to be processed. To return merchandise, please ship to Mandala Reflections via prepaid, insured mail with a copy of the original invoice.

The shipping and packaging cost for returning the product are born by buyers. We are not liable to cover your return shipping and packaging cost unless it is a result of our error such as incorrect or damaged product. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks upon arrival of the returned products to our office. A notification will be sent to you via email.
We regret that we are unable to provide returns on our custom, made-to-order items.
Shipping Policy
Your order is normally shipped within 3 - 4 business days. We use Canada Post for all our shipping, which takes approximately 2 - 5 business days, depending upon the option you choose (some exceptions apply). Note that we do not use regular Canada Post for shipping, as this does not enable tracking or insurance options.
Please note that framed prints and other custom orders require 2-4 week for delivery.
